**This is a re-issued notification that was launched in August of 2004. If your
furnace has already been inspected and upgraded, there is no need for
another inspection and upgrade.**

The heat exchanger's of some of the previous mentioned furnaces have been
found to overheat in certain circumstances, which can lead to a failure of the
heat exchanger and the furnace.

You should have your furnace inspected if it is one of the models listed below.
The Model No. can be found mounted on the left inside surface behind the
lower panel.

If you have one of the above mentioned furnaces you can contact either Capitol
Supply at 322-2800 or Danko & Sons at 487-0507. A qualified technician will give
your furnace a thorough inspection and will install an upgrade kit, or new heat
exchanger and adjust your furnace free of charge.
